Terms and conditions for No Labells

1) Products
We offer clothing for men and women.
All product descriptions, sizes, colors, and availability are approximate and subject to change without notice.
Sizing: Please refer to our size guide. If you are between sizes, consider sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

2) Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you offer to purchase product(s) on and subject to these Terms.
We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (e.g., stock issues, payment verification).
Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include/exclude applicable taxes as indicated. Taxes, shipping, and duties (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g., cards, bank transfer, mobile money). You authorize us to charge the total amount for your order.

3) Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Nigeria. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

4) Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Our policy: You have 3 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligible items: unworn, unwashed, with original tags and no damage caused by you.
Non-returnable items: e.g., intimate items, final sale items, or items marked as non-returnable. (Specify as appropriate.)
Process: To initiate a return, contact info@nolabells.com. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refund method: refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 days after receipt and inspection.
Exchanges: If stock is available, we can exchange for another size or item of equal value.

5) Faulty Goods and Damages
If you receive defective or incorrect items, contact us within 5 days with photos and order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
